Christmas is done with...post your January sales deals!

So, its December 25th, which means that for most sites, christmas is "over" and they have their january deals up (at least here in europe). If you were patient, this is always a nice time to grab some game you wanted but didnt really feel like paying full price for. Did you get any sweet deals yet?
 
I just ordered the Saboteur for ps3 from amazon UK for 25 quid (aka 30ish euros, so basically half price from new and the game just came out :D). Been wanting to play it even dispite the tepid reviews, and this was a sweet price for it. 
 
Also, feel free to post any game that  youre HOPING will get a nice discount for january sales (saboteur was pretty much mine, so im happy already... maybe tekken6?)

lol 50 bucks says Tony Hawk Ride gets dropped to 50 bucks by the end of January.
 
I already saw it at Toys R Us for 80.
 
Anyway, I wouldn't mind Batman AA going below 40 bucks, as I don't own it (rent it and beat it).

I want Dj hero to drop a bit- and dirt 2  - mainly the games i missed out on and need to catch up on!!!

You won't regret The Saboteur. I happily paid £37 for that game and loved it. 

The Hut has Red Faction for £9.97, and its tempting me to buy it now.

Yeah, also Saboteur, since I'm dying to play it, but am not sure if I'll end up with a gift card for xmas to put towards it, and Gamefly doesnt seem to want to effing send me it at the moment.

Saboteur's definitely a great buy. Looking forward to getting some good deals on Rad Faction or  Left 4 Dead 2 if it drops in price. I'll be checking HMV soon enough ; )

Play.com have dirt 2 on 360 for £17 - matt hazard on both platforms for £5 - and  civ 4 complete set for £5 - all of which i hit up straight away

I'm still hoping that Steam will drop Dragon Age: Origins.  I think there is a buy one-get the 2nd 1/2 price sale at Toys R Us now, too but there aren't any console games I really need right now.  In January there will be (ME2 and Bayonetta) but nothing immediately pressing for a must-buy.

I got some cash as an xmas present, so as soon as I cash it in on Monday I'm going to look at the steam deals proper.

Academy of Champions is a steal at £10.98 from Game here in the Uk!

Whoa, gameplay.co.uk has Mirror's Edge PS3 and 360 for 5 pounds! Its not the best game ever, and its a bit on the short side, but it's at least original and different, and for 5 pounds its WELL worth it in my opinion (bought it at full price last year lol)

If anyone finds a great deal on either Uncharted 2 or Demon's Souls that is either available in or can be shipped to Canada, I'd love to hear it. I would be in debt approximately 2.5 buttsecks.

i got left 4 dead 2 for $33 on steam the other day. the only game that i really bought around now.

Apparently according to my friend Tesco is selling Batman: Arkham Asylum for £7 here in the UK. Sadly I already have it, but its worth getting for anyone who hasn't got it yet. Also, I don't know if thats accurate because I haven't bothered to check.
