If you can get all 3, then do that, if you can't, well, see which one would appeal to you most. A horror game, or a sandbox game, or a FPS? There's probably going to be a demo for Dead Space, so I'd wait for that, I'd pick Far Cry over Saints Row, mainly because it appeals to me more, but it's really up to you.
