Dead Space VS. Resident Evil 5

Both look phenomenal, but for me, Dead Space's atmosphere and setting make me want it more. Co-op in RE5 is going to be sweet, but Dead Space looks incredible, and being a brand new IP has really sparked my interest.

What say you, bombers?

No contest, Resident Evil 5.

Dead Space looks like a return to survival horror and i can't wait, but RE5 will be more of the action horror goodness that was RE4. They'll both be awesome in their own way but im looking more forward to Dead Space.

Dead Space looks interesting. So does RE5, both hopefully should be very good games.

Deadspace, if it plays anything like it looks, it's going to be an awesome game. RE5 looks like RE4 in HD with co-op. I'm buying RE5 used because I have a ban against buying any Capcom products new ever again... So I'm a little biased here.

RE5 looks like a generic action title like Army of Two. Dead Space for me.

Dead Space both in terms of gameplay and scare factor.

No contest really doesn't make much sense... they both look like AMAZING games,and I'm just stoked for RE5 even if it is just RE4 with updated visuals. But Dead Space has me a bit more excited since its a completely new game,and from the gameplay I've seen,it is looking amazing. But Dead Space is launching this October,RE5 not until march of 09,so no one should have a reason to not get both of these great games.

I'm going with RE5.

RE5 sounds like a rehash of RE4, and with Mikami gone from the helm...

Deadspace sounds innovative and great, so I'm going with DS for now.

Dead Space looks a lot creepier, but the RE fan in me is making me say RE5

This isn't competition at all, its just like the Mercs 2 vs Farcry 2. RE5 def. is better, no doubt.

Dead Space is looking really awesome, but there is the whole thing about new controls probably being implemented in RE5.  I still think I'd take RE5 first.

I do think Resident Evil 5 will be the better game in the end. However I'm really surprised at how good/scary Dead Space is looking atm, definiatly a game I'm looking forward to as it is now.

Resident evil will be good because the 4th one was good on the wii and so was the Umbrella Cronicles. ( I both own them )
But on the other hand dead space looks good.

Since RE5 isn't announced for PC. I'm looking forward to Dead Space the most.

Dead Space and Resident Evil 5 are amazing looking games.  I'll wait for the reviews before I debate which one is better.
