New project? Hmm... Could this be the ability to have accounts linked together across all Whiskey Media sites? Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be cool.

Am I the only guy unable to view his profile by clicking his icon on the top of the page?  This just started today, and I now need to change the "S" in the "Spencer" of the URL to an "s" to access my profile.

There was a bug with this rollout. We're looking into it now. No worries, no data was lost in your profiles, the URLs are just being built incorrectly.

Thanks for the heads up guys.... just pushed out a fix.... and we're pushing out another one as we speak to fix the actual urls.

I didn't even realize that my profile was down.  Thanks for the fixes guys!

So all usernames are forced to lower-case in URLs now? I guess I'll have to update my links.

That was some time ago. I assumed that "as we speak" would have already occurred by now. The problem's been fixed at the main profile page and the Wiki Points page, but the rest give me a 404 error if the URL is capitalized.

Exactly. 'Cause none of you actually know what I'm talking about.
Go here. You'll see what I mean. All usernames are now lowercase in URLs, so most people will never notice that. But I navigate Giant Bomb by having various pages open in a number of tabs. So when the change occurred, I had to update some of those tabs with the correct pages.

Main profile pages work with full caps. My guess is that the fix didn't fix subpages from the profile."

That's a different page. See this one instead. Oddly enough, it works.

I will miss these Developer Diaries when the site is complete.

Nah, cooncie here knows no boundaries when it comes to improvement.

Good stuff.  Please don't remove the handy link from the login popup to the full login page.  I use a password manager and they choke pretty hard on ajaxy fields that aren't visible when the page first loaded.
