I'll say it now, this is what a DSi game in the $2 range should be. Bird and Beans, orPyoro for those who are as obsessed with the WarioWare franchise as I am, is an addictive, yet simplistic arcade style game. You play as a little red bird with a long tongue and a never ending apetite for beans. You hop along the ground on the bottom while shooting said tongue up at a 45 degree angle to snag the falling beans before they hit the ground. Should you miss them, they remove a chunk of the ground and if you let things go, they'll eventually take you out.

That's about it. There's a second mode you can unlock by beating the high score that's essentially the same game, only you're spitting to destroy the seeds. The whole point is just to see how high of a score you can get. There's no extra features, but for $2 bones, there's not a lot of room to complain. It's the perfect game to have built into the DSi because it's always ready to be played wherever you are.

I'll say it again, this is what a DSi game should be. If you still haven't dropped your free 1000 points for signing online, I would recommend this game to compliment something like Brain Age Express: Mathor Aquia (where you'll still have some change leftover).

-Make it a good one.
