Well, my 360 DVD drive finally died on me today. It wouldn't read some of my games and the ones it did read made very terrible noises so I just took them out in fear. The DVD drive that I have is the one model that you can't replace so I am a little disappointed today. This 360 survived the RRoD too!

Anyways, I was hoping you guys could recommend somewhere I could look for a really good deal for a 360? I'm going to go browse CAG right after I post this but if you guys could help that would be great.

Obviously Ebay. Can't think of anything else. Maybe Craigs List if you're into that kind of thing.

That sucks. It's like surviving a plague just to be wiped out by a cold.

I'll probably browse through all the Ebay stuff tonight when I have a couple hours to blow. :p
Yeah, it really is quite depressing. It just makes it worse that I named her. *cries*

Learn your lesson and buy a PS3, or have Microsoft fix it.

I have a PS3. Also, this is a launch 360 that I got used with a voided warranty. It had quieter fans and a better replacement for the X-Clamps. There is no way Microsoft will fix it for me.

I picked up my replacement today and am happy to have a warranty. At least now I have an HDMI capable box and a smaller power supply. Woot!
