giantbomb should make Giantbomb Marketplace, where u guys will buy games from giantbomb
Giantbomb Marketplace
A section in the forum for in-community trades etc would be smart (might exist already, dunno, freshly registered) but to make Giant Bomb an online retailer it would make absolutely no sense. The process required to start up such an effort would be far too huge for a website that isn't a store. And I mean who would buy the stuff? The people here? Certainly wouldn't cover the costs.
They would just lose credibility as reviewers if they did, since every game with a good score would just be said to have gotten that score because its in the market, and every game with a bad review would be said to have gotten it because they wouldn't let GB sell it, ect.
I do think we need more WM merchandise, I want poster of Vinny.
"Why do you want a poster of Vinny?", you say?
Well if you have to ask, then you clearly don't deserve one.
(Also, I'm serious about the poster.)
I think that Giant Bomb should release Xbox Live Marketplace and PSN content for us to download, rather than having a dedicated online-retail service. (I'd love me some Luchadeer gamer pics!)
Or a virtual version of their member shirt, or any other shirt. That would be amazing." I think that Giant Bomb should release Xbox Live Marketplace and PSN content for us to download, rather than having a dedicated online-retail service. (I'd love me some Luchadeer gamer pics!) "
You just gave me an idea. I can try to take a picture of something GB related via my Live Vision Camera.
" I'm willing to bet my whole life savings that this isn't going to happen. "you just made me realize that I have no life savings :(

Yeah, sorry. Giantbomb selling video games is a terrible idea. They do enough with reviews and quicklooks.
Now if you were talking about them expanding their merch of shirts and cups with logos, then I would concur wholeheartedly!
