Good earbuds that are fairly cheap and won't break?

This isn't directly related to gaming, but I thought some of you might have some good recommendations for me. 
 
I have gone through three pairs of Sony sound canceling earbuds in about four months. They sound amazing, and are very comfortable, but they break!  A lot! So please, recommend me some good sound canceling earbuds that will last more than a few months.
