GOTY Awards on GB. Rad BoxArt

so yeah i find it a real treat to listen to the podcast and hence i will enjoy hearing the GOTY edition in a month or so. Guess i wanna get in the mood and i was just wondering what game you think has the best Boxart cover this year?

The redness and the agression of the illustration, real in-your-face and tells you all you need to know about the game, just madness. 
 
2#  Modern Warfare 2 
  
Just makes you wanna stand your ground, the pose of the soldier is stylish.

3#  Uncharted 2  
   
The setting and situation established in one shot. no introduction needed 

 

Don't know, but I'll go for the most underground option: the worst box art of the year is Phantom Brave on the Wii. Go Google it, and the amount of color will make your eyes explode.

No Street Fighter IV?   GAY

I think ODST had a great box, the ODST helmet reminds me of a sad face put that with the nighttime and rain it really conveyed the aloneness (not sure if thats a word) of the night missions in the game.

I thought the Modern Warfare 2 boxart was pretty bad actually.  If I walked into a store knowing nothing about games and saw a box with the name Modern Warfare 2 and picture of a guy holding a gun, I wouldn't even give it a second look.  The name alone sounds generic and I've seen the guy with a gun thing done a million times already.  I thought the Borderlands boxart was pretty good though.

I didn't like the Modern Warfare 2 boxart.  However, I did really like the Hardened edition cover.  My pick for best would be Dragon Age Origins.
