Please help me solve the riddle of my mind!

I'm trying to remember the name of a game that was either on the Mega Drive/Genesis or Amiga. The Main Character was a N2-09 rip off (Dude from Robocop) it was a platform/shooter. When the time ran out the level would start filling with liquid until it caught you out.

Any Idea's? In doing so i can finally get a good nights sleep!
