How do I upload video's?

Hey guy's, I am trying to upload my first video from my desktop but I do not know how. I was wondering if you could tell me, or point me in the right direction as to how I go about accomplishing this

You can't upload vidoes to this site...assuming you are talking about uploading to here..

You can embed videos into your post using the "HTML" button above where you type a post, but it has to be hosted somewhere else (i.e. youtube).
