when people say they like girls from games, why do people like game chicks better than real chicks?

Pretty much everyone likes them and I feel like I'm the only guy that thinks it's disgusting, anyone agree?

Since I have no problems with talking to real girls, I'm around them everyday in college, I'm comfortable with talking about girls in games however I want.

You know, finding pixelated or drawn girls attractive has nothing to do with not being able to talk with real people, it's actualy just a function of your brain.

It's like those paintings on the walls made by cave man, or when you make a little face composed of two dots and a line, like this :)

Your brain relates it to a real image that you have. So when you see a girl on a video game and find her attractive it's just your brain correlating to a real image of a girl that you have, nothing more and nothing less.

They *are* attractive? Are you going for a flamebait, because this would probably have been a better blog essay.

It's always nice with chicks that have the same interests as you.

im assuming your talking about people on internet forums. people post things like that, not because they prefer video game girls, but because video game girls are something most of us (as gamers) can identify. on a forum like this, a better discussion could be had with a thread like "do u think alyx is teh hawtness?" instead of "theres this girl at my school, i think shes hot, do you? pics inside".

Hell, I certainly got my kicks off Laura Croft when I was 11, hahah.  For the younger crowds, most everyone takes T&A anyway they can get it.

It's the same with any entertainment: comic books, movies, TV. They're called fantasies, and they're completely normal.

Every one has there own opinion/problem cant really do much about it, i prefer human flesh.
