[Idea/Suggestion] Limited Quest Notification

Good evening everyone.
I'd like to know if thre is a way to be informed that there is an active limited quest?
Sometimes i am not online (5-6 days).
I don't know if what i said was clear so do not hesitate if you do not understand my question please feel to ask me to rewrite it.

I do not use twitter because i do not own a smartphone

You should have a program that can subscribe to this. Maybe your web browser, even?
