Is it worth buying for the PC

Hi All,
 
Has anybody bought Splinter Cell Conviction for the PC ? Is it a good port ? Any first impressions ?
 
 Also why did Ubisoft make a exclusive deal on Spinter Cell for digital downloads with direct to drive for the UK :( I wanna download it on Steam!

i say don't download it as ubisoft might strike again. it might have DRM in it. one day u might want to play it and the DRM  might go down by accent by them. i would look into it.
