Is pay pal no longer accepted?

I remember awhile ago everyone was saying pay-pal is now accepted to upgrade memberships.  Well i tried to upgraded today but it only lets me accept use a credit card.  Did i miss something or is pay-pal no longer accepted?

It's not a simple task to integrate multiple payment methods into one system, so they are forced to use a work around where people buy it from the store and a staff member manually adds a membership to their account.

How so? You just post a donate YouTube link on the page with an instruction to use the same email and write the username, or use their API to directly communicate with PayPal. It's pretty easy actually.
