Just released a new game, so time for some code drops!

Every time I've released a game, I've been dropping out some codes to the community I call home outside of my work. These are Steam keys, for a PC and Mac game that has a party vibe, local and online multiplayer. It's a fun little ditty that will be features on the PAX East Twitch stage tomorrow, which is super exciting.

Small issue though, I have a dual screen setup, and it starts the game on the wrong one. Is there a way to change that ? I put the game in windowed in the meantime.

@jamesjeux007 actually haven't had that issue myself, and I tested on a bunch of dual monitor setups. Let me do some tinkering, see if I can replicate and fix it :D

TIL that the Steam mobile app does not have any way to redeem codes. The "activate a product" drop down seems to only exist on the desktop client.

@bisonhero if you get to a desktop and no codes left, let me know and I will PM you one!

@jamesjeux007 - apparently there is a weird issue with this version of Unity that only effects a small number of users. If you hold left Shift when starting the game it should open up the Unity launcher options and you can force it to play on the other monitor. Hope that helps :D

Hey, I'm curious what the game is and would take a code but don't have access to a desktop to reveal the mystery. What's the name of the game so I can look it up on Steam? I love checking out games that duders here develop.

So FYI I think all the keys are taken cause I tried from the bottom and got about 3/4 of the way up before I got too many activation attempts.

@hellerphant: Okay, this looks cool. A super simple concept that anyone can jump in and play. BTW, I loved the ending of the trailer; it made me laugh out loud. What was your part in the development of the game, exactly?

@flashflood_29 - I really love this trailer, second favourite trailer we've ever done (I really love the Hacknet trailer). On this game I was producer and now I'm doing some community management around the launch. We actually came on board rather late in the process for this game because we met the devs and signed up their next game (which is going to be killer, here's some very pre-alpha footage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jj-l9CU4tno). On that title I will be producing the whole thing which is super exciting because I literally fell in love with the game and the team are just so good to work with!

Hey just a follow up, I played about 20 mins and it seems super neat. Really like the guy who is giving the narration of the events and the laugh track was something that I did not expect but was kinda neat. Seems cool, and the controller support was great. Being able to bluetooth a DS4 is great, and if I had a dance pad I would love to play with that!

Yeah, audio-visually it's a total delight. The narrator is spot on. The only troubling thing so far is that it really shows me how clumsy and slow I've become...

@flashflood_29 yeah, I produced and did a lot of the writing on Hacknet, which was a great experience. I also worked on Screencheat in a producer capacity, and then all the other games on our label I touch in some way, but there are my major ones. When the GB guys played it I lost my mind, was totally a dream come true!

Sorry for the double post but I have to say, this game is even more exhilarating and fun to play than you would expect by just watching the videos. I just defeated the final boss and damn was that fight an awesome change of pace! I was so disappointed that there was nobody playing online.

Shoot, I could see this being a dang HIT on Unproffesional Fridays (@jeff@danryckert@brad@rorie@drewbert@unastrike) especially with dance pads! Sorry for taggin ya'll but I could see this passing ya'll by and that'd be a dang shame!
