Metro 2033 book?

i've read that the book is available online, but i can't find it anywhere. can someone point me in the right direction?

I believe the only version of the book that was available online is in Russian, and since has been professionally published. An English version will be published come mid-February. Currently the sequel, Metro 2034, is available online in Russian.
