The only thing I'll say, is don't moderate people for the sake of it. Meaning, don't get annoyed that you never get to use your 'powers' and jump down peoples throats for every little thing just so you get a chance to flex your mod muscles. The amount of forums I've been at (and left) due to this is amazing.
