This has been at the top of r/gaming on Reddit for a while and the top comment says that the story can't be true because the dates don't add up. They claim that Erik was still at Double Fine in 2004. Anyone able to clear this up?

Supposedly it's a typo but it's definitely in the iPad app regardless
Valve is truly a dream company. They're always hiring, for all positions. They pay better than Google and Apple. They never release a product at the mercy of a publisher. And they can turn small, independent projects into world-class products.
