Can't see it in the upcoming videos/shows. Is there no UPF today?
No UPF today?
There is, but you're not invited. That's why you can't see it.
Just kidding! There is no UPF today. They're still getting used to the new office.
Leslie Moonves stole all their cameras and left them in Las Vegas.
excuse me while i write a screenplay for this idea
Why is this a topic every single week?
Probably because they have that fancy schedule feature on the front page, but often don't use it.
This topic only comes up during the weeks when they haven't scheduled the UPF. Makes sense, I think.
Not true, often they schedule it, but it isn't on that what's coming up thing because there's so much other stuff coming before it and people still ask. Not the case this time, but it happens.
@pyromagnestir: I only ask when there less then 5 items in the upcoming box. How hard is it for them to put it there? Instead we get this, people asking everytime they don't. It's like i'm paying for cable, but the tv-guide is empty and i'll have to guess what program is coming up.
That'd make more sense if they ever skipped weeks, but UPF has been pretty constant. The rare time they don't have one they usually mention it way in advance because of E3 or whatever.

Oh, I know! Trust me, I know.
I'm no mod, but this thread almost seems lockworthy given that it's basically...scaremongering, since no one from GB or CBSi has said anywhere there is no show this week. They simply forgot to update the schedule, possibly because the engineers are busy fixing the forums/site being weird today. Fuck, I'm no web developer. Anyway, there is almost zero discussion to be had on this topic.
Man, I still wish UPF had a more flexible format. By which I mean, I wish it wasn't just "everyone takes a turn doing show and tell with their game, for 5-50 minutes depending on how dumb it is". I wish it would occasionally just be like, 1-2 games, if they happen to start playing a more interesting game that isn't worth just abandoning 25 minutes in. I mean, it's cool that it's more or less a second podcast where they just shoot the shit and talk about whatever, but for an "unprofessional" show, the structure of it feels incredibly inflexible and constrained.
@shrinerr: INT Moonves Office - Mid Afternoon
LESLIE MOONVES lies face down on his desk amid the obvious detritus of a one man party. Several bottles and cans of cheap alcohol have rolled onto the floor. A huge television hangs on his wall, playing clips from many of the quality properties CBS owns. Some dumb video website appears on the screen and LESLIE begins to stir. He mumbles and starts awake with a burp. As he regains his bearings, his hands fumble for more booze, until the TV catches his attention. His bloodshot eyes squint at the screen. His fist clenches and shatters a bottle.
CLOSE ON HIS FACE
LESLIE MOONVES
Gerstman!
LESLIE rises from his desk and wades through the sea of empty glass and aluminium that is his office.
(Excuse the formatting, how's that for a start)
@tyrellocp: just fucking eat me

Well, no.
You know when UPF happens, and what time. As already mentioned, it not happening is rare.
