Pro Evo 2009 or Fifa 09?

What is the consensus about which game to get?
Last years Pro Evo needed some gameplay tweaks while Fifa has been improving. I am definitely getting Pro Evo 2009 because it looks like an improvement on last years, and i hate the way Fifa plays.

Anyone getting Fifa over Pro Evo? If so why?

I absolutely adore Fifa games, specially 07. But 08 was crap and Pro Evo 08 on the wii is one of the best soccer games i've played, so i think this year i'll go with Pro Evo (im talking about the wii versions btw)

I haven't seriously played a soccer game in a while, but I enjoyed the Fifa 09 demo...though I'd like to try out Pro Evo 09 because I always hear great things about that series. I can say that Fifa's constant barrage of hideous box art really turns me off.

As a Pro Evo fan I was infuriated with how bad 2008 was, I played more FIFA 2008 because of Be a Pro online. Now that in FIFA 2009 Be a Pro online has been upgraded to 10 vs 10 with 50 player clubs (clans) I'll be playing it even more.

Pro Evo 2009 is a big improvement from what I've heard so I'll still be buying it.

Last year Fifa was light years ahead of Pro Evo on all platforms apart from the wii. Judging by how much more streamlined Fifa 09 is, I can't imagine Pro evo beating it.

FIFA 08 was brilliant, and after playing the 09 demo, I can safely say I will be buying FIFA this year.

FIFA 09 demo was awesome but I'll wait for Pro Evo 09 demo before I decide which one I'll buy.

Pro Evolution hasn't been good in about 3 or 4 years.

I Think We would have to just wait for PES 2009 to come out to see what it is like as im more of a Pro Evo Fan than a FIFA Fan

i'm getting both fifa 09 is great but lat years pro was great on 360 but not so on ps3 but i will risk it on ps3 

FIFA 09 for me, even though I miss the slower pace of FIFA 08. I never liked PES.

Personally i will defantley be going with Fifa 09, just prefer the gameplay.

im def getting Fifa 09 cos i really enjoyed it over pro evo last year and i have been a pro evo supporter even since the days when it was international superstar soccer
so last year was the first year i preferred FIFA. pro evo 09 will have to seriously impress me to get me back to their camp
