Replaying episodes after beating the game?

Hey all,
 
Almost done with the story (down to the last episode on Hard), and I was wondering if you can replay chapters after beating the game.  I'd like to wrap up the last few cards on easy, but I don't want to lock myself out of the cards if I can't go back.  I liked this game a lot, but I really don't want to play through it again.
