No he wouldn't. Most people use the latest topics board, so they see everything that's posted. But regardless, it should be posted in the Shadowrun forums.

Yes, it should be posted in the Shadowrun forums. But views don't really matter. Nobody is going to go to the forum of the game when it's not active. And if they do, it will be months from now when his question wont matter.
Anyways, to answer your question. I think there is still a small community. Not large at all. I'm not entirely sure though.
