Yes it would. Also, make sure there are no refrigerators, circuit boxes, and plumbing runs between your router and devices. It may also help to know what wireless channels are in use in your immediate area (neighbors and such) and move to one that's unused. Make sure you only use channels 1, 6 and 11 so you don't overlap another signal.

Yeah, in the past I posted quite a few threads on Tested with no response, so I'll stick to Giant Bomb.
