I'm pretty sure it's not up yet. Some people have been throwing around 10 am PST, but I have no idea where that came from either. I actually was in your boat 30 minutes ago when I realized that the Mac Steam client should have been released today, when to Steam and couldn't find it. I suppose even in the digital era we all have to wait.
