Hey does anyone know what's the deal with the store support email? I've emailed them 3 times over the last month about my poster order with no response. They sent me a envelope with Jeff Grubb hot dog stickers instead and I get no response from the email. It's a third party right?

BTW, the order status emails point to https://giantbombstores.zendesk.com, which seems to be a dead link: "Oops, this help center no longer exists"

I got a response and resolution after trying the main giantbomb support email. Looks like we were using an invalid one.
