If you find a question that is inappropriate or just poorly written, this goes for questions that are wrong or you feel are incorrect, then flag the question. You can do this by looking at the area just below the "Answer to the Previous Question!" box. Underneath it you will see a small greyed text sentence saying "Flag previous question as inaccurate or poorly written?"
Once a question has been flagged 3 times it gets removed. Mods at the moment can only delete questions we come across.
