What Other PS3 games should I get?

Anyways, I already made a blog on whether I should get a PS3 or Xbox360.  Based on the user feedback, the PS3 came out as the clear winner.  As it stands, here are the games I am already considering to buy.   Please keep in mind that this list is a bit outdated.

Of those I've played, depending on what games you personally like, I'd get: 
MGS4 
Valkyria Chronicles 
Bayonetta 
Mirrors Edge 
Infamous/Prototype (up to you on that one) 
Demon's Souls 
Disgaea 3 
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 
Shatter 
Pixeljunk Monsters 
Super Street Fighter 4.  
Assassins Creed 2 
Batman AA 
Every Ratchet and Clank 
probably should get an Uncharted game. 
If you haven't played GOW at all, get the collection to see if you like it. 
I'd also put in Resonance of Fate. More people need to buy this instead of FFXIII.
 
Things to avoid: 
Eyepet..i'm mean wtf 
Dante's Inferno: erghhh 
Dark Void: If you can get it cheap, otherwise its not that great 
Lair: no. just. no  
Sonic: The old one? with the 3 hedgehogs? no. 
Heavenly Swords: again no. 
 
The rest I can't give an opinion on, having not played them.

" LittleBigPlanet - Demon's Souls - Valkyria Chronicles - Gran Turismo 5 - White Knight Chronicles - Final Fantasy XIII " 

When I get a PS3, that is the sum total of all the games there that I am really interested in (I already have Disgaea 3, just no PS3 and Eternal Sonata on the 360).  It is finally getting worth owning a PS3 for me.

Lair, EyePet, WET, Dante's Inferno and Sonic are five games you should take off that list. 
 
Also, since you probably like Zelda, get Darksiders.

Just Cause 2 is terrific.

Get Lair. Haters gonna hate that game, but it's really quite good. Especially since the patch that removed mandatory six-axis controls. It's only like $20 and it's about badass dragons blasting the shit out of each other, I mean come on.  
 
Also get Demon's Souls because that's just an amazing game all around. 

Eternal Sonata, Resonance of Fate. 

you should try killzone 2 and battlefield bad company 2.

Gran Turismo 5 isn't coming out until 2279, so I wouldn't even bother considering that until much much later.

I forgot they made that many games for the ps3. I should turn mine on once in a while.

Here's 2 of my fave games: 
 
Valkyria Chronicles is, in my opinion, one of the most overlooked games this generation.  The game is presented beautifully like beautifully cell-shaded oil painting come to life. The missions are challenging, so you'll have to think before deploying your troops if you don't want the enemy to overwhelm you; as said in Dragon Age, nobody in history will remember your dramatic full-frontal assault. In order to make your job easier in the battlefield, you'll have to choose 25'ish recruits out of 50. What's cool about these recruits is that, instead of being generic, boring looking, these recruits have their unique appearances, attitudes, voice actors, and strengths/weaknesses. Oh and John DiMaggio is in it. I'll let you discover the other charms of the game if you chose to purchase it. No trophies in this game though.
 
Valkyria Chronicles: Behind Her Blue Flame is a 5$, 4 episodes DLC pack for VC. What make me like this DLC is that you'll play as the enemy, which gives a good twist to the game. Upon completion of the DLC, you will unlock the best weapon in the game.  
 
Valkyria Chronicles: Challenges of the Edy Detachment is 5$ and you get 6 missions in it. That's less than a dollar per episode, a pretty good deal to me.  

Demon Souls: This game is hard as hell and the slightest mistake you'll make will kill you. You will want to throw your controller out the window, but once you killed the boss, or whoever that's been killing you for the last hour or two... or three... you will experience the greatest sense of accomplishment of all, that's basically what makes DS that great.  Great co-op and PK too.
