I was under the impression that the giant bomb crew were opposed to the encouragement of buying things from Gamestop. Multiple times on multiple podcasts they have mentioned how sketchy, and disgusting Gamestop and it's practices are. Im simply curious as to why they wuld put an ad up linking to it, and now i wonder if this isnt the first one they've done this with.
Well it might be the fresh bullcrap I have had to put up with from them last week making me say this but, yea any links of this website to theirs should be taken down and burned alive.
Well, the company is trying to sell their product. If they don't have enough money to be their own distributor, then they're going to find another place to sell it. Since Gamestop caters to gamers, ala people who will buy their game, then they would want to link the ad to where a person interested in buying the game could get it.
Agreed. GameStop is fine. They have their annoying quirks but I'm willing to put up with some of it to get the games I want. I just wish they would stop trying to sell me those stupid strategy guides.
