What's happened to Brad?

Brad was missing from this week's Bombcast and I'll do the annoying "Internet reads way too much into everything" thing but...
 
at the end of the show Ryan said "...we wish Brad and his all the best", what the hell does that mean? Has he resigned? Is he sick? 
 
To add further to this conspiracy theory, the main page's status updates is missing Brad. I know this is probably due to him not updating his status for a while but why?
 
I'm starting to freak out, so much so that I had to make a post about it even though I have never ever posted anything on these boards before despite being a member since the site went live.
 
I hope I am just reading too much into things and I hope this isn't anything. 
 
I know the Giantbomb dudes are real people with real people problems and rights such as privacy, so I won't demand (nor do I have the right to) you guys give away anything that is personal or illegal. Having said that though, myself like I'm sure many others in this community have grown to form attachments with you guys as personalities and like it or not you guys are internet celebrities. I'm sure I can speak for many out there that we do genuinely care for you guys and wish you all the best and we would like to know if any sudden changes are occuring.

Edit: In all honesty I haven't listened to the bombcast this week yet so I dont know what's going on.

He got fired because he dies in too many Quicklooks.
 
Seriously though, they said it was 'personal,' so I'm going to assume there was a death in the family or something.

Brad's personal life is of his own concern.  If something were to come up that the he feels is worth sharing with the internet at large, I'm sure he'd do so.  Don't get me wrong, I'm a little curious as well, but I'm not so concerned that I'm lying awake thinking about it.

i don't think he has resigned maybe he is at an event like they normally do. sometimes he is missing from the bombcast for that very reason. He was the one on I love mondays sooooo i doubt it

Brad ventured entirely too close to a Gathering of the Juggalos.
 
The guys tried to save them but the horrible music, smell of paint, and Faygo being sprayed everywhere was just too much and he was lost to us.
 
He will be forever be remembered for that time he fell off that cliff, and that time he got shot a bunch, and that time he lost all his HP.

Perhaps a few weeks ago he dumped a hooker in a ditch and left her for dead, but he just found out she survived and is in a hospital in a comma. So he's got to go take care of her before she wakes up and fingers him.  
 
Brad might die a lot in games, but in real life he doesn't go down nearly as easy.

Brad is currently in rehab.
 
After a horrible drug addiciton caused from PMETS (Post Mass Effect Too Stress), he was found outside the offices of development company, Bioware  
He had chained himself to the doors naked, and refused to let anyone in unless they committed making more Mass Effect 2 content for him on the spot. 
 
After a 3 hour standoff, where Brad threatened to pee on anyone who got too close to him, he was eventually thwarted by a canadian with an umbrella. 
He was taken into Police Custody, and quickly released into Toronoto Asylym, where he is being treated for PMETS and EDA (Energy Drink Addiction).
 
Brad's treating doctor has gone on the record as saying '...while a quick recovery is hoped for, we are all too busy playing Mass Effect 2 (based on a Review Brad had insisted we read) to effectively treat him. Go away!'

He got too curious about what it would be like to pull a real life Brad. So he got into a jeep just to promptly drive it off a cliff and into the rocky Pacific Ocean below. We will never forget you Brad.

Maybe he's getting married? or something like that. I recall when Vinny tied the knot the cast didn't acknowledge his whereabouts until the following podcast.

He's on his way to Mars to unleash Hell Demons upon the UAC space station. And also to hide the Soul Cube in Hell.

It's kind of creepy to inquire into what his 'personal business' is but that phrase made me instantly think of international espionage.

This thread should probably be locked. Let's respect his privacy in case something bad has happened. I'm sure we'll be told something regarding his absence once he's returned and all is good.

So you find out Brad's away for personal reasons and start suggesting he has drug addiction, died and or/is fighting ninjas. Seriously, what's wrong with you people, don't be so insensitive until you know what happened.
