Where are the E3 banners?

The banner contest here on GB has always been one of my favorite parts of the lead up to E3 among the rumors and speculation. Is it happening this year? I thought they would have been up by now.

Marino is up to no good, I expect you'll see them soon.

The banner contest is going to start tomorrow. I was pushing for MS Paint submissions only but couldn't make it happen. Maybe next year.
