(Wii) NERF Switch Shots Repainted

I repainted a pair of NERF Switch Shots.  These things are peripherals for the Wii Remote and make "light-gun" style games (like House of the Dead and Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles) feel a bit more ... gun like.  :P 

I highly recommend them over the other gun peripherals for the Wii.

How doe they compare to the Hand Cannon?  I'm a huge fan of those, but this would be a great alternative to importing more of them if they're good?

The one that they're selling with Overkill?  I haven't seen that gun in person yet, so I can't really say.  But the switch shot has a lot of things going for it that most other guns don't have:

• It secures the Wii Remote very well
• You don't have to take the strap off the remote to fit it in the gun
• Nunchuck plugs directly into the remote (doesn't use a pass through)
• Supposedly compatible with the upcoming Wii Motion Plus
• Converts into an actual NERF gun
  

wow....that thing does look kinda bad-ass when ya paint it jet black. too bad the white-ass wiimote ruins the look..so then ya gotta paint THAT black...pfff. hard ta look bad-ass playin the Wii, i'm tellin ya.

The white one looks like something from Star Wars.

What about this? It should, in theory, be able to work with any game as you have access to all the remote buttons. Perhaps it could give FPS games like Prime 3 or The Conduit some of the glamour of the light gun games. Interesting idea anyway, the way the remote is angled "wrong" to let you access all the buttons while the light bending (mirrors?) corrects the aiming. It's a little too expensive to try for the hell of it though.

Hey, that's pretty cool.  Smart how they used a mirror.  $20 doesn't seem too bad a price, but I think I'm gonna stick with my switch shots.  I gotta say, that thing certainly earns points for uniqueness.
