That is not the point. GTA4 would be good advertising for GTA5. Or maybe a warning. Your mileage may vary.
I'm not sure what the actual split is but I've seen my fair share of people that loved it and that hated it, with myself falling on the latter category. It did receive a bunch of accolades, although it's not the first time game press had fawned over a title that didn't get nearly as warm a welcome from the mass market, but I think in this case there are more lovers than haters so it would be a nice gift for people anticipating GTA5. Alas, those are the deals and whatever, if I still had Gold I'd actually be willing to try Magic 2013. I played the demo for 2012 quite a bit just to finally understand what the game was about but didn't feel competent enough to drop the full cash for the game.
