Xbox 360 Photo Party

Been trying to get this thing to work, we can get it to work with 2 people...but we cant join another party when theres alrdy 2 people in it.

Can anyone get it to work? if sooo....HOW

everyone needs to have it downloaded and installed for it to work

and THEN you can send them invies
