Three hours to go before we find out what’s what. Unless they decide to not bring *it* up at all and keep people in suspense until season 3. Probably not, but that would be funny.
Someone in the comments said, that they wouldn’t be surprised if ME3 didn’t start until next year. That seems a little too far away for me, with five and a half months still left in this year, but it will probably be at least two months like with one and two.
Of course, if they start Shenmue 2 after this one’s wrapped up, then I’m willing to wait for as long as is needed.

That was me. I was thinking that ME3 would take a similar length of time as ME2. That means that if they start it anytime before next year, they will have to take a month long break in December, unless they just bang out the entire series before hand and release one episode a week until it is finished. I don't know that either is ideal.
Obviously, I don't have any special insight to their thoughts, but between those scheduling issues and option of adding variety to the programs, I wouldn't be surprised if they waited until January.
For the first time in Mass Alex history someone has finally said something about the video issues. No details about why it's always happening but it's a start.
The latest Mass Alex is having some issues working through our system today but should be up in the near future!
Someone figured they wouldn't start it before the year's over, because of christmas holidays and such, but I could see them just pre-recording a few extra episodes to put up over the break.
I'd say it also depends on how many other series they'll have going before 2020 rolls in. Burgle My Bananas will probably go on for a good while and Vinnyvania isn't close to ending yet either. Next month will be Fright or Shite, could be that This Is The Run returns too.
Yarg. My son, wife and I really want to watch Alex & Vinny (love the commentary from Vinny) play through Mass Effect 3. Every weekend my son asks "Did they record a Mass Alex this week dad?" and "Is Alex and Vinny not playing the game because Alex made a mistake and let Tali die?"
I would think this would be coming back soon. They don't really need to fill Dan's position before getting back to Mass Alex, though I would understand it.
With the new year I feel like I'm checking to see if this is starting yet way more often. I'm glad Alex is taking a break so he doesn't get burned out on all 3 in a short timespan, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing him play ME3.
Not going to lie, I'm disappointed each monday/tuesday that goes by without a new one of these being uploaded. ME3 has its lows but it has some highs too (IMO) and I can't wait to watch it again.
They brought up Mass Alex in the latest Beastcast and said they hadn’t figured out any dates yet, so I’d guess maybe towards the end of february at soonest?
Maybe they’ll fire up This Is The Run before it, since Blade Runner and Nancy Drew both will likely get wrapped up within the next episodes and they won’t have any active series.
@tds418 While it smooths over some elements in the gameplay areas that I think were better off left alone, I could actually see ME3 being one of the most enjoyable to watch, from a streaming perspective. Pretty cinematic/story heavy, with plenty of opportunities for commentary on how things develop. Especially if they play all the DLC (did they say if they were doing that? I would assume so).
@glots: You think This Is The Run will continue without Dan? It always seemed like a Vinny & Dan joint to me, and the whole "this is the one and only run, those other ones were just tech tests" seemed like a very "Dan Ryckert" bit to me. I guess Abby and Vinny could do the Run pretty well, but it doesn't seem like it would be Alex's cup of tea.
Anyway, I can't wait for Mass Alex, I'm joneseing bad over here!

Well, they do have some Contra experience as a duo!
But I don't know, 'twas just a thought! They could also maybe bring back Blue Bombin', there's certainly some Mega Man games left for Alex to play. Or something entirely new! Guess we'll see.
