I have the weirdest boner.
ASMR (the internet is wierd)
Here's the non-sexiest, hella-relaxing video I could find:
Power to you if you find this one sexual in any way.

Sounds like some serious placebo effect going on here.
I can understand why you might say that, though it's really not any different than a song that gets you pumped up or being relaxed by the sound of waves. Anxiety is pretty much a mental thing so to say it all happens in your head really doesn't mean anything.
I absolutely loathe it when I hear other people chew food loudly such as gum. I don't know how anyone could find it relaxing.
I get this, it's fucking bizarre but I totally experience serotonin release like crazy, super super relaxing. If you experience this you'll know that you always have because it's that tingling you get when listening to something completely innocuous like someone tapping their nails, scratching fabric, even talking. It's the 'popping' sound that gives me the tingles.
I find it to be way more intense with accents, languages, scratching and tapping, rather than music. Music destroys me or elevates me, while ASMR is more like a relaxing and sometimes spiritual experience. You might like this here... http://www.asmrstudio.com
If it helps, things like fish oil, and eating less white refined sugar and junk helps me feel it more. A year ago, it was basically unknown to me, or I had grown so desensitize that I didn't notice it. After a few weeks of taking better care of my health I noticed way way way more tingles.
