Do you like spinach?

I love spinach but it has no place on a good pizza. That's just madness.

I probably won't eat it on it's own raw but yeah, love spinach. Kale & spinach are where it's at as far as leafy greens are concerned.

I dislike cooked spinach, unless mixed into a spinach and artichoke dip.

Although, fresh uncooked spinach in a salad I enjoy.

It's fine as an ingredient in some other foods, but by itself it's putrid. It's like eating a pile of wet grass clippings.

I just wish it kept better fresh. Brussels sprouts will keep on the stalk for a good long time, spinach is compost in a couple of days.
