Does gamespot release people from the ban list?

I was banned like 3.5 months ago and I was wondering does Gamespot delete people off the list when time goes by?

Even if they dont notice it (i have a friend that made a new account after permabanned from his same IP), theres no point putting time into an account from your IP because you can be permabanned again without notice.

So either change your IP from your ISP (my recomended option if you want), make a new account with the risk of it being permabanned randomely or just dont use GS forums and such.
