@natetodamax: you upload all your music to the Internet so that any device with Internet access can stream it from the cloud without the storage limitations of the device, amazon and apple have similar services.
@natetodamax: Exactly what Lego said. I was able to upload my entire library to the service and, as long as I have access to the web (3G or wi-fi) I can listen to my tunes.
