I normally have Sriracha, just because I find it makes the dish more spicy without screwing up the flavour though. I voted for the random hot sauce though cause my favourite is this crazy blend of sauces at a restuarant I love. I mainly only use Tabasco on certain things, like scrambled eggs.

Doesn't matter for me.  I haven't had the pleasure of having to douse my tongue with tons of cold water for years when I couldn't take the heat.  I just use hot sauce as a flavor enhancer.

Hell yeah! My cupboard is full of that stuff, which trust me is an achievement in the UK. I get the big bottles brought in from abroad.

Absolutely, positively, without a doubt Tabasco.  Horseradish is a close second because any good Louisiana cocktail sauce contains both Tabasco and the pungent root.

I admit to actually hating hot sauce.  I don't like hot things in my mouth.

Cholula tastes good, it's just not hot enough. I can drown a taco in it and it won't be hot at all.

I'd say taco bell fire sauce has more of a kick than Cholula.

Yeah that was my dad's preferred brand. Real hotsauce has a wooden lid.

I don't eat it enough to have a preferred brand.

@r3b3lr0b0t: I personally think flavor takes precedent over power and Cholula definitely makes things taste much better.

This is the shit
This is the shit
This Hot Sauce is the shit.  Valentina.  I prefer the black label hotter one.  But anyone in california that has not tried this with some hot doritos or hot cheetos has not lived.  It is really so damn good.  As a well established hot sauce conniseur, I give my props to this one each time.

I should note that I love the sirracha sauce with asian stuff like chicken and rice, but fuck, i swear to the jesus that that shit fucked up my esophogus lining because I had something with it at least a few days a week for a couple of months.  Its dangerous shit.

Frank's for mostly everything.  The only exception is at Q'doba, where I make Cholula rain.  I also tried some Louisiana Brand hot sauce that was very tasty, but I forget what it is.  I have a hot sauce problem.. I absolutely love the taste of it, but my face, and only my face, sweats uncontrollably even at the thought of it.  When I eat chicken wings, I can feel my pores open up right when I order it.  I'm literally talking dripping beads of sweat coming down my face.  Anyone else have this problem?

Tastes like battery acid (no thats not hyperbole, I've accidentally tasted battery acid, and thats what it reminds me of), but burns even hotter. A drop into baked potato soup and its on fire. Or a teaspoon tossed with butter for hotwings that require gloves.

Also Cholula is the shit as far as flavor, theres an almost empty bottle right in front of me, it lives at my desk. And Tobasco chipotle is the only Tobasco worth eating. I can't stomach very vinigary sauces.
