I didn't know where else to go...

I am having a problem with signing in to Tested.com after the switch. My password doesn't seem to work and I cannot re-register because my email is already on file. Also there is no recover password option on there now....I would have done this on Tested but I cannot sign in there to do that. I'm sure you can see my dilemma.

If someone can help me out or just bring this to their attention that would be fantastic.

I'm not sure how much help this site will be, given that they've parted ways and everything. Maybe email customer support?

They've got a twitter and facebook account, you may get a bit more traction if you post on there. You're right enough though, can't see any password reset option on that site!

There is no contact info on tested anymore, or I would have.....I even twittered Norm, waiting for reply.

@Vivek: my username/password is the same across all of the "whiskey" sites....and I did that and the cache. No bueno.

Why not just set up a temporary account with a temporary email address and post your dilemma to their bug reporting section? They can probably help you more than we can.

@KrisCarter: Your WM single sign on will not work. For instance my user on Tested is Rean, but my WM user name is Vivek. I had the same issue and had to use my Tested specific credentials.
