So I took a small test earlier today, it was about my diet, I was told that although i drink a lot of water, my diet is not good. Over the next few months I have been told to change my diet, they have said start with breckfast. I really do not know what to have for breakfast though as I never really eat breakfast, unless its a weekend in which case I have an unhealthy fry up! Oh and I really don't like cereal and I'm not a huge fan of porridge or toast.
I need some idea's for a healthy breakfast
This isn't a question suited for a online videogaming website.
I am going to do for you, what you should have done for yourself already.

Ya, keep it relationship advice threads only.
Okay, well, you don't need to make a topic about every thing that goes through your mind every day. This is better suited to a health forum.@Napalm: Lol I know, but all they say is "Fresh Fruit" or "Cottage Cheese", I wanted to klnow if there are any weird and healthy breakfasts out there.
On a more serious note, Greek Yogurt. I'm telling you this as a person who detests regular yogurt, by the way, but Greek Yogurt is like sour cream that's socially acceptable to eat by itself. Yum.

Hey!
Egg White Omelet is good, with Grapefruit and a glass of water for Breakfast.
Garden Salad with a light dressing with some juice and and maybe an apple for Lunch.
Salad, Boneless Skinless Chicken breast, Green Beans, maybe a little Rice for Dinner. Probably a Yogurt for desert.
Either Protein shake/protein bar. (Shake for low carb, bar for high carb). Or eggs, which again are very high protein but low calorie/carb. I eat one of those things every morning with a multivitamin.
I'm eating a nice healthly breakfast of cold pizza and soda. At 1pm in the afternoon. OH GOD MY HEART DISEASE IS FLARING UP

Weird, that's exactly what I'm doing!
Fuck tests. They can't make you healthy. Drink whisky and bacon grease for breakfast and never look back.
Since you like eggs you can scramble them with cottage cheese (low fat cottage cheese). It's good but you have to be careful cooking them, cook them on a low temperature because the cottage cheese leaks water so you want to cook that out, that way you don't have soggy eggs. Or just pour out the liquid if you're feeling lazy and don't want to cook them slowly.
Don't listen to that low-fat bullshit. Saturated fat is not bad for you. Eggs are a great option. They're affordable, filled with nutrients, and are the best source of protein, which will fill you up for a long time. Eat the yolk, too. The yolk has not only 20% of the protein, but all of the nutrients as well.
I never used to eat breakfast, but I've been doing it daily for a few months now. I've been making the recipie Alton Brown detailed in Good Eats episode 'Live and Let Diet. It starts about 6 minutes in.
My favorite combo is soymilk, pomegranate juice, banana, blueberries, mangoes, strawberries. Every day, no exceptions.
Oatmeal with fruit in it...but, be prepared. Know where the nearest clean restroom is from wherever you will be for a few hours afterwards. The good news is that your body will get used to it, the bad news is that the first few weeks will be.... extremely regular. EXTREMELY.
Aside from that, it might help to know your specific issue. I have high cholesterol. My "ideal" diet should be low in fats. I was advised to cut bits of fat from my meats and eat leaner cuts. Choose fish or chicken over beef and pork. Do you have health insurance? Your insurance should cover a visit to a dietitian, especially if your doctor recommends it.
Raw eggs, man. Organic, free-range, to avoid risks. Throw in an avocado and a red onion if you can stomach it. I'm all about the fats and the proteins :)

Greek yogurt is a gift from the gods. Quite literally goes with anything. Anything. I've used it as a spread on steak sandwiches, I've used it on dessert. Greek yogurt has a crapload of protein and is delicious to boot. Get Fage preferably and let it become your best friend.
As for a protein filled breakfast, I'd say scramble up some eggs, have a couple slices (one or two) of bacon (or even better, Canadian bacon), then have greek yogurt with a handful of granola or some fresh fruit mixed in.

Fresh pomegranate arils with greek yogurt is just about the best thing ever.
I like to have some egg whites (for protein) drenched in Sriracha Sauce (to clear the sinuses) and a piece of bread (for energy).
It's best to increase your fiber intake slowly so that your body gets used to the increased intake. Unless you like farting every 10 seconds.Oatmeal with fruit in it...but, be prepared. Hell yeah. Fats (lots of saturated) and protein are 75% of my diet, and my heart is perfectly fine. I'm losing weight, gaining muscle mass, and doing it all on the real heart healthy diet.I'm all about the fats and the proteins :)
Eat pieces of shit for breakfast.
Honestly there's nothing like cramming a choco log down your esophagus first thing in the morning.
