So I finally got my new lappy from newegg and I'm lovin' it. :)
Its an HP Pavilion tx2000 series with 64bit Vista Home Premium. For all the negative stuff I've heard from Vista, I'm actually liking it.
Media Center is pretty neat, but I'm just digging this touch/wacom screen. The desktop can rotate and it just makes it perfect for certain long websites or reading books/comics.
It can also play games!
New Tablet PC!

Great purchase, HP tablet PCs are awesome. I like the tactile nature of them as well as the reasons you mention. I can see them becoming far more popular in the coming years when high spec [CPU-GPU's] are put onboard.
I could really do with one myself given the nature of my professional work.
"It can also play games!"
Not very well imagine.
"It has a 2.2GHz Turion X2 ultra, Radeon HD 3200, and 4GB RAM. It was running CSS pretty well, but I want to fire up Bioshock and see what happens.

OSU! is a free ouendan/elite beat agents clone for PC, i use a graphic tablet to play it but on your PC it would be great.

I agree about Vista, I got a computer for Christmas and it had Vista on it and I'm actually loving it. Don't understand all the hate that was around it
