Step 1: Find a new user who doesn't look like a possible spammer (avatar, some forum posts or wiki points, etc.)

Step 2: Hold F5 on their profile page for about a minute, check to see if they get the quest

Step 3: Write "Congratulations, you've won!" on their wall

Step 4: Question your usage of time

So far Alex is the only person I've seen doing that so it's news to me. "Telling a joke, akward silence, burst into fake laughter because nobody else is laughing at your terrible joke... nope, nobody laugh yet, keep trying though".. seems strange to me

Ever get that feeling, that someone already told you something and then some other random internet guy comes around and tells you exactly the same thing? :P... To make it clear just so you get it too, I've still only seen Alex do it no matter how many people you are trying to make me believe are making terrible jokes and laughing at them constantly while nobody else is, Alex is still the only person I have seen who does it.... Now leave me alone while I wait for the next guy to come around and tell me exactly the same thing you and that other guy just said :P
