What is the most annoying vegetable?

I think it's Broccoli. Gets stuck in your teeth and looks dumb.

Annoying fruits that people think are vegetables: lima beans, tomatoes, artichokes, any kind of squash, Bell Peppers, Jalapenos, Green Beans, Olives, Cucumbers, Corn apparently?

But broccoli is delicious though. Probably beets, I think they ruin most things they are in. I'm cool with the rest of the vegetables, at least off the top of my head.

Broccoli is an ace vegetable. Radishes can get bent tho.

Fuck me, apparently eggplant's a fruit. I think that makes it even worse. I used to really hate spinach until I had some nice spinach pastries. I also used to hate tomatoes, but now I love em on everything. Hmm.

Annoying? Onions. Yeah they're good cooked into things, but they make you cry. And if I eat they raw they make me nauseous.

It's obviously the pickle. When you ask for no pickles and they somehow sneak into your sandwich anyway, what could possibly be more annoying than that?

I love onions but as a cook I find them to be the most annoying vegetable I work with on a regular basis. The peeling is a crapshoot, I somehow can never chop the damn things in a consistent way, and goddamn the ones that make my eyes water.

I'm sure there are others that I don't use that would be way worse but onions are my current pick.

Brocolli's cool. They're like Bonsai trees for your mouth.

Peas. They're mushy and gross, yet inexplicably popular. I find them the most annoying because they're often shoved in as filler in otherwise decent casseroles and the like.

Honorable mention: Turnips and radishes. Yeah, let's eat something that tastes like a trailer tire. Sign me up.

I feel like zucchini is the the thing that gets put in things that sound interesting most often and totally turns me off tot hem.

Raw broccoli is by far the nastiest shit ever. I don't understand how anyone in their right mind eats that shit. Steamed broccoli is godlike though.

Turnips. Totally, and forever turnips. Looks like it might be good to eat, but is completely not good to eat. Also can at a glance when cooked be confused with delicious cooked potatoes, which leads to a very disappointing result.
