So is this one of those threads where Americans shout at everyone else for liking soccer, and everyone else shouts at Americans for liking American football? It seems like that is the only direction this can take.
Well, you know what, I like both. I'm British, and American football is my #1 sport, but I appreciate the beautiful game as well.
So my answer to this thread is Golf, because fuck golf. What a ridiculous non-sport that is.
Hockey because every aspect of it should make it cool, but it is incredibly boring. Dudes wearing huge armor and knives on their feet while skating around on ice and beating each other up, but it still sucks.
Golf. They don't carry around their own equipment and they drive from hole to hole. Also, why the hell do they need it to be so quiet when they're trying to hit a stationary object. So yeah, I hate golf. Tennis is a close 2nd.
Tennis. Not the actual sport itself rather the sound of a match. That hear a pin drop silence broken by loud grunts as they smack the ball back and forth.
Hockey. 70% of goals are scored when one team has one less player on the ice than the other. Also, dumb hockey guys being uber-toughs all the time when the tough aspect of their sport has little to do with the actual game being played (fights). Oh, sorry, that's called tradition.
Having been to a baseball match I can quite confidently say it sucks fucking balls. Same with the NFL brand of football. Save yourself 3 hours and watch the highlights people.
Snooker. Mainly because for about 5 weeks here in the UK, all thats on tv (well the BBC) this mind numbingly boring sport. At least I can ignore other sports.
Why would you hate a sport? I find plenty of sports boring, golf, baseball etc., but I don't hate them because I don't get their appeal. Just watch something else.
Football (not handegg) and and hockey is very boring to watch, almost all sports are so goddamn boring. Motor sports are fun to watch though, especially rally.
