discuss huh?
fine then, whats the best anime?
be sure to provide good reasons
since people have asked of me to giv more info,
whats your favourite anime ever?( up to today)
Whats the best anime? why?
Ghost in the shell 2nd gig. It's more refined, lots more action, deep plots that relates to our global problems with conflict, intellegent. Either that or cowboy bebop, which is good because it's like a mix of alot of different genres all in one.
" discuss huh? fine then, whats the best anime? be sure to provide good reasons "Holy shit, how many anime threads are you going to make?
upon meeting a question like this, you will no doubt put gundam down there as your fav,
and plus, i dont want any anime to be sifted out because of specifications.
My favourite so far has been Bakemonogatari. I don't watch much anime so my views may be somewhat constricted but the visual style was just incredible.

"
I started watching Angel Beats, and it is BADASS.
" ah, so much anime, so small a computer screen. ps. if you've never opened up more than four animes and arranged them on your computer screen and have actualy tried to take in all of them at once, you won't know how this feels. "Isn't that... Y'know, impossible?

" My favourite so far has been Bakemonogatari. I don't watch much anime so my views may be somewhat constricted but the visual style was just incredible. "I second this so much. Bakemonogatari looks amazing, and Araragi doesn't fall into the nauseating "stupid but full of SPIRIT" male teenage anime hero cliche or the boring "troubled, dark, and anti-social" cliche.
I also like FLCL for its craziness.
Yeah, Arararararararagi-kun was a great character... To be fair, most of the characters were pretty awesome. One of my favourite parts of the series was Araragi vs. Kanbaru." @MancombSeepgood said:

And now I have an urge to re-watch Bakemonogatari. Dammit.
Cowboy Bebop. The soundtrack, characters, story... all perfect.
Jupiter Jazz is one of my favorite episodes of anything ever, and the song that plays at the end is amazing.
Also, it has the best intro ever.
YES. That fight was amazing, and it really makes me hope that they do a prequel of what happened to Araragi when he first met Shinobu during Spring Break. The flashbacks of him as a vampire in the beginning of the first episode look insane." @eternitymemory said:

Such awesome art and voice-acting. Those screams are spine-chilling. And now I have an urge to re-watch Bakemonogatari. Dammit. "

While I never went to deep into Cowboy Bebop (I was more of a Samurai Champloo fan), its intro is definitely one of the best I've heard.
I think it's likely. After all, Bakemonogatari is based on the book, which has prequels and sequels. I believe Kizumonogatari is the light novel that would be when Araragi met Shinobu. I really hope they animate both Kizumonogatari and Nisemonogatari. It'd be awesome." @MancombSeepgood said:

" Death Note. Because it has a complex and well written story. Whether your rooting for the good guys or the bad guys, the ending is still satisfying. "I was rooting for Light (who I considered the good guy) and was very disappointed in the ending.
As for my favorite anime that's to hard a question, but top spots are Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing Ultimate, and Gundam Wing
I haven't watched anime since elementary (which was about 10 years ago) so DBZ and Pokemon are the only old school anime that I actually know.
Samurai Champloo for sure. I loved Cowboy Bebop before it but something about the mix of anime and hip-hop in Champloo just clicked with me. I teared up a little at the crossroads in the finale but it was more about the different adventures the characters had throughout the season rather than the ending, similar to Bebop, a show that fought hard for first place along with Ghost in the Shell but lost out.
" http://www.animevice.com/Agreed, and also Cowboy Bebop

My favorite at this moment in time would either have to be Clannad or Angel Beats. The endings of both could have been done better, but Angel Beats definitely has a better ending, plus the comedy in it is just so damn good.
