TV #1 = $349.99
TV #2 = $329.99

There has to be something different for $20, but what? Only thing I can find is the $349.99 one has a brightness of 500 cd/m2, which is complete jibberish to me.

Can anyone tell me if there actually is a difference, and if so, what it is? And if it is the brightness, is it really something I need?

The real difference appears to be that TV #1 has a built-in DVD player.
