click view > view options, tick 'play count'. You should also just have a top 25 playlist already automatically made for you. "

Space Oddity by David Bowie. I remember obsessively listening to that song for a couple of weeks; it is really good.

Never really use iTunes, but the most played song on my iPod is 'Crystal Castles - Untrust Us'.

Skipping the first one Zune says (there's no way in hell that my "#1" play count song is correct), the second one is pretty spot-on. 
 
Nightwish - Over The Hills (And Far Away) with 704 plays. Dark Chest Of Wonders (Nightwish) comes out with 644, Must Be Dreaming by Frou Frou is at 640, while Wish I Had An Angel (again, Nightwish) is at 610. And lastly (that I feel like typing out) is Frgt/10 (Linkin Park) sitting at 597.
