Where do you guys put your Recycle Bin?

So, I was bored and thought about where I place my recycling bin on my desktop, I kinda found it strange that I put it on the other side of the screen from the rest of my shortcuts. I guess its defaulted like that, and its...just how things work.

Anyone else just keep like that because why the hell not? Or for some weird reason? Or is it elsewhere? Or do you not have one on your desktop?

In my kitchen, on the floor...

It goes in the top left corner, if you move it you're wrong.

I don't have a single desktop icon.

I hide all icons and use a Rainmeter skin for that instead.

It's on my taskbar, to the right. Because I'm awesome like that.

It's in my Dock along with my settings and 9 other apps that I use all the time. I'm a left side, always visible Dock user like Brad and other Whiskey staff past and present.

Bottom right corner of my desktop. Seperated from all the other icons (Web Browser, iTunes).

In the top left corner just below 'My Computer' (which is at the very top left).

All the way to right on my dock.

Somewhere on the left side of my screen. All my icons get messed up every time I switch out resolutions, which happens a lot. 
 
On my Mac my Trash is at the bottom of my dock, which is set to the left side and autohide because I'm civilized and actually value screen real estate. People who have small screened Macs that have their dock set to always showing and on the bottom are idiots. I mean sure it is fine on a 27" iMac, but on a 11" or 13" Pro or Air that's like a sixth of the screen wasted for no reason. If you must have it always showing at least put it to the left or right side, because vertical space is so much more useful than that extra bit of horizontal space.Edit: Also, unless you have a ton of shit in your dock, turn magnification off. It just makes it unnecessarily difficult to navigate it. This is why I can't use other people's Macs.

My desktop is a mess. It's somewhere lost in a vast wilderness of desktop icons.

Wow am I the only person that uses the desktop as it's intended function? Shit was made to have icons on it, yo. I always use that space for temporary work, or the myriad shortcuts I need to other folders on my computer for easy access to my art assets.

Anyway recycle bin's in the top left, just under "My Computer".

Why?

Why would I? I have a search bar to find specific files. And a taskbar to put programs I use frequently e.g. Steam. It's not like I edit videos and need to leave bits laying around, I'd rather a nice and clean workspace.

I remove it from my desktop, I can't stand icons there anymore. Nothing is 100% standard (like an iPhone) so eventually it just looks cluttered and messy. My recycle bin is cleaned every day at 9:00 A.M. through a start-up executable I wrote that does it automatically.

It used to be in the bottom right corner back in XP. I keep it wherever the default is, top left right now.

I like to keep my desktop clean, so I just put everything at the bottom left on the taskbar. And oh, I guess this.

The default spot (upper left). I don't even use the desktop so I never arrange anything on it and is usually pretty barren unless I just save something to it real quick.

Outside then out to the curb every wednesday.

Also.  A bag hanging in the kitchen that gets emptied into the bins on the side of the house - daily.

Top left most directly under My Computer like a proper human being. When I rule the world I will make it a crime punishable by death for anyone that has it any other place.

Bottom right corner. It's the only icon on my desktop.

It's always been on my Dell Dock. I don't use it much so I haven't moved it.
